The first step is to contact us via email or call us at 303-293-3339 and speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives. At no cost to you, we will take the time to discuss your computer problem and determine a proper course of action. If your issue is one that we can help you with, we will give you an exact quote on how much time it will take us to fix the specific issue. If any issue takes longer to fix than we quote you, we will not charge you for the excess time. Furthermore, if we fix the issue in a shorter amount of time than we quoted you, we will reduce the amount of time charged accordingly. We always pass the savings on to you. Second, a highly-trained and professional technician will arrive at your home, on-time, and when it is most convenient for you. You will review and sign-off on the printed straightforward quote, and then we will begin the work. You are encouraged to watch and ask questions as we perform the work, so that you can learn to make similar repairs yourself in the future.

Third, once the technician finishes the work, they will ask you to approve of the service and thoroughly test out your computer including internet connection, routinely used applications, and peripherals. Only then will you be asked to sign-off on the completed work, so you can feel confident that the job was done right.

Lastly, we warranty our services for 48 hours after the technician leaves your home. If what we fixed or installed does not work to your satisfaction, please call us at 303-293-3339. If we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone, one of our technicians will return to your home to remedy the issue at no extra charge to you.
